Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Cartrell Anderson Shop LLC! We are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and an excellent experience. Below is our refund and returns policy designed to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on products purchased from our website. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unwashed, unworn, and unused.

  • Returns must be sent via certified mail.

  • The returned product must include the original invoice.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items (wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, or incorrect style)

  • Poor print quality

  • Defective products

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your product. After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible to return the item.

  2. Take clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and any defects (including the QR code and Cover Package).

  3. Email the photos/videos and your return request to support@kartnbuy.com, including the reason for return and your order number.

  4. We will respond within 24 hours to approve or deny the return request.

Once Your Return Request is Approved

  1. Follow the instructions provided in the response email.

  2. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. We recommend using certified mail to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • PayPal: The refund will be processed immediately after email confirmation.

  • Debit/Credit Cards: The refund amount will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@kartnbuy.com.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@kartnbuy.com. After 12 hours, your order will have been processed for shipping, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us promptly at support@kartnbuy.com with the details of the issue, and we will arrange for an exchange.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will refund the full amount, but you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs.
