To estimate your delivery date, please note that the total timeframe includes both production and shipping times. After your payment is received, your order enters a 24-hour queue, allowing time to make changes or cancellations. Production then begins and typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the product type.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If your tracking shows no updates, it may simply not have been scanned yet. Tracking information will be available once the carrier processes your parcel.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues. kartnbuy.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input. If you request forwarding or redirection after dispatch, it is at your own risk and we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If a delivery fails and your package is returned due to an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, we will notify you. Reshipment will be arranged once we receive the updated address, and the following fees will apply:

• $7 per item for U.S. reshipment
• $10 per item for international reshipment
